Yoga 🧘‍♂️

The children took some time out of the busy week to do some yoga. They are really enjoying taking the time to relax, become more flexible and stronger and take the time away from any worries or stress they are feeling. Check out the great fun they had taking part in this Pokemon themed yoga! 😀
