Exploring the Bee-Bot

The children helped Mrs Hagan to create a desert island.

They decided where to bury their treasure on the island.

Then they made a treasure map.

The Bee-Bot turned into 'Pirate Boy' and the children worked in groups to programme 'Pirate Boy'  to navigate around the  island until he found the treasure.

The children recorded the route that 'Pirate Boy' took to find the buried treasure.
