Book Trust NI Author Visit
Creativity took centre stage in school today when Whacko Chacko returned for Session 2 of a three-part creative workshop series, designed to inspire imagination, a love of stories and books, and self-belief.
Building on the fantastic characters created earlier this year, pupils rolled up their sleeves for a collaborative story-writing workshop. Using a three-act structure, the class worked together to shape a brand-new short story — developing plot, deepening their characters, and discovering just how powerful teamwork can be.
The session was filled with energy, creativity and thoughtful discussion as pupils explored narrative structure and strengthened their skills as young writers. We can’t wait to read the final story and see their ideas come fully to life!
