Mindfulness Workshop

Yesterday the P5 & P6 children and staff had their first session of ‘Mindfulness’.  They learnt lots of strategies to help them deal with the worries and stresses of every day life.  Many thanks to Josephine for a great workshop and we are looking forward to our next workshop next week. 🧘🏻‍♂️😁🙏🏻
